   Every task carries the assistant best suited to it and a prompt that is ready to use. No rewriting the same explanation twice.

   Copy the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, or anything else. The notebook does not care which tool you finish in.

   Come back and it remembers

   Finished work is marked done with a short note on how it went, so the next conversation — with any assistant — starts from where you left off.

Your notes stay yours

• Private by default. Only you can read your notebook. An assistant sees it only after you connect it, and only ever your own.
• Nothing disappears. Assistants never delete. Ask one to remove something and it is put away where you can bring it back.
• Everything is on record. Every change is written down with who made it and when, so you can always check what an assistant actually did.

How do I keep context between ChatGPT and Claude?

Keep the plan somewhere both can read. PassTheBrief holds the project, its tasks and the prompt for each one, and connects to Claude and ChatGPT directly — so instead of pasting your history into a new chat, you say "open my notes" and carry on.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. There is nothing to install and nothing to configure. You sign in on the web, and connecting an assistant is a button you press once.

Which AI assistants does it work with?

Claude and ChatGPT connect directly and can read and update your notes. Everything else — Gemini, Canva, anything with a text box — works through the ready-made prompt on each task.

Can an AI delete my notes?

Never. An assistant can add tasks and mark them done, and that is all. If you ask one to remove something it is put away rather than deleted, and you can bring it back from the website.

Can I see what an AI changed?

Yes. Every note shows who has touched it, and one tap opens the full history: who did what, and when.
